SERVICES

EVENTS.  We’ve organized successful events from small news conferences to rallies – even national party conventions.

Our team pioneered the use of “radio rows” and “blogger’s rows” at major political events, handling everything from advance to logistics and execution.

Our radio rows ensure coast-to-coast, market-by-market radio coverage with minimal investment – and that maximizes the time of surrogates and spokespersons.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS.  In today’s fast-paced, highly fragmented media environment, nothing is more important than message discipline – ensuring that all your allies and coalition members are “on message.”  We specialize in producing crisp, readable internal communications vehicles for your surrogates and supporters on a daily, weekly and as-needed basis.

WEBSITES. Today's digital-first environment demands user-friendly websites for long-term use and short campaigns alike. Theresa Woods has designed websites for businesses, non-profits, and political campaigns, and works with clients and content strategists to ensure your website is as attractive as it is easy to use across all devices.

RAPID RESPONSE/TRUTH SQUADS. Unlike a lot of communications firms, we have a solid understanding of the demands of the news media, the intricacies of policy and the sensitivities of politics.

We spearheaded the Congressional Republicans’ “Truth Squad” operations for Medicare reform.

That’s why we’ve been chosen to guide rapid response and “truth squad” operations in connection with local ballot initiatives, Congressional votes, Presidential debates and contests for Governors’ mansions and seats in both houses of Congress.

MAKE THEM HEAR YOU – ALL YOUR STAKEHOLDERS, USING MULTIPLE PLATFORMS. We enjoy the challenge of telling our clients’ stories to multiple audiences – allies, donors, the media, opinion leaders, persuadables and grass roots supporters – across multiple communications platforms.

We were the first to establish a nationwide online presence for GOP candidates (“RepNet,” on behalf of the National Republican Congressional Committee, in 1993), and pioneered many of today’s most successful approaches to communications outreach to talk radio and in specialty media.

MEDIA TRAINING AND PRESENTATION COACHING.  A former trial lawyer and national spokesperson for the Republican party, Mike Collins has appeared on every major broadcast and cable television network and been quoted by every major newspaper and wire service in the United States. He has coached newsmakers and spokespersons in 39 states and on four continents, advising elected officials, candidates, authors, sports celebrities and University presidents on how to become comfortable before cameras, microphones and live audiences.

REPUTATION MANAGEMENT & CRISIS COMMUNICATIONS. We’ve handled every type of communications challenge, guiding major corporations, nonprofits, celebrities and political figures alike through their darkest public hours.

We help you tell your side of the story – and work with you over the long haul to build and strengthen your reputation.

In moments of crisis, we pride ourselves on speed, dexterity and a professional approach that aligns with you and your organization’s long-term goals.

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND TACTICAL EXECUTION. We work with you to plan every step of your communications campaign, from SWOT analysis and identification of key stakeholders to supervising the smallest details of your messaging and delivery.  We set precise benchmarks to measure our progress and pride ourselves on tactical execution that is on schedule – and on budget.

WRITING AND EDITORIAL SERVICES.  We produce crisp, well-written copy that gets attention and moves numbers: opinion-editorials, blogs, backgrounders, news releases, newsletters, speeches and talking points – and we have a 100 percent track record on op-ed placements.

Our work appears regularly in the pages of The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Chicago Tribune, The Los Angeles Times and virtually every major newspaper and major website in the United States.
